Hi, I confirmed my order for swithing to Sky Broadband a week ago. The activation date will be 28 March. As advised by an email from Sky, I downloaded 'My Sky app' to track my order and manage my account. However, I find nothing from the app with 'My details', 'My messages', 'My Documents', 'My Contracts', etc.
I would llike to know when willl I receive a router/hub and what I have to do next? May I have your advice please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour account wont show anything until you have linked it to your account number which should have been included in the initial email.
Your router will arrive only a few days before activation, it is delivered by RM.
