New hub

Do I connect my new hub straight away or wait until December 2025?

If this is as a result of you receiving an email about your old hub needing replacing connect the new one straight away.

Ask a family member, friend or neighbour to help if necessary. You can plug it in and you'll need to set up any wireless devices again using the network name and the password which should be on the card that came with the hub.
