New customer - poor wifi
I'm a new customer with WiFi Max. I live in a 3 storey 19th century house with brick and lathe and plaster walls. Router is situated centrally on the middle floor where WiFi strength is good however WiFi strength on the bottom and top floors is poor. I have been through all the steps such as powering router off for 5 minutes, repositioning the router etc. with no improvement. Can you send me extenders to resolve signal strength on these floors please.

@SteveC--123 you are not speaking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky will supply extenders if you buy their WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
