New customer moving new home

I´m moving to my new home and I want to have one of your broadband packages: Full fibre 150. Start date of the tenancy is 31/01, so that day will be the first day living in the property, and I want broadband activation day to be the same day, because I work from home. How can I manage that? Can I choose the activation date? Because I read you delivery a Sky hub to that address up to 3 days before activation date. Can you send the Sky hub to another address?

We are customers who help each other but we can answer these questions for you.

 

The hub can only be delivered to the address on the order, so your new address.

 

The activation date is usually 14 days after the order has been placed but that depends on the availability of an engineer so could be more. than the 14 days.

 

You can place the order via the Sky website or by phoning.
