New broadband no service saying connected to the broadband no internet on all devices
Broadband not connecting saying connected to broadband no internet please help 2 days now with no WiFi

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
