New broadband hub - showing orange light for internet and no light for power.
I received my broadband hub on 15th may and activation date was 17th may. I connected the hub to my open reach mastersocket 5C via black cable. But internet is still orange and power shows no light with wifi being green. In the booklet with the hub it says to use the grey wire but it doesn't connect to my wifi socket of openreach. I do have another socket besides the openreach where the grey wire fits but still it shows no green light for internet. Can someone please help. Thanks
