Can’t connect any devices to hub.

Hi.
I have the white max hub. My services were restored yesterday. The light on the box is white. My sons pc can connect but if I try to connect any devices it says unable to connect. Not sure if it's related or not but in products settings on the app it says I have no active products, yet apparently my broadband is working fine. I've reset the hub multiple times, pressed the WPS button multiple times, checked all cables ect. At this point even the bloke I spoke to at sky doesn't know what's wrong. Sending out a new modem but I don't think that's the problem as the pc is connected, it's only when I try to connect through WiFi that it doesn't work. Any help you can give me will be gratefully appreciated. Thanks

@Tasha37 assume you are using the wifi password on the hub's label and the card thst was in the packaging? If so look at it carefully and check you are entering it exacyly as written and not confusing say the letter I with the number 1. WPS only works if the devucecand the router support the system. On the hub press and hold in thecwps button on the righthand sidecfor a few seconds until the led stats to blink dont hold it too long as thecresets the hub instead.
