New Wifi connection. It keeps dropping out

New connection keeps dropping  out. 
how do you actually speak to someone at Sky? 
Sky was onpy activated this morning. It must be possible to speak to someone

I had an engineer out this morning but the internet is still intermittant

Sounds like you need to contact Sky again so they can raise another job to Openreach. How did you report it last time?
