Thanks, Iain. I had this same issue and had been through the Blink support/firmware update but it would only connect for a few hours then drop out again. After 5 days doing the same I gave up. Just tried with the WPA2 trick and it's connected again. As a bonus my printer, which would not connect at all when I switched to Sky, also suddenly came to life! Fingers crossed they stay alive now.

Spoke too soon. Sync module is offline again after 24 hours. Printer lasted even less. Back to the drawing board.

Yep. Have done that multiple times now but only worked by changing security level at same time. It stays online for 24 hours then drops again.

Hi I have the same problem it's driving me mad. Where do I find the WPA2 security to change it? Sorry I'm not very computer savvy
Any help would be much appreciated
@Rhinoss7 wrote:I had exactly the same issue. I actually rang customer support and they took me through some steps (which I was very cynical about) - the only thing I did which they didn't suggest was I changed the security to WPA2. They had access to my blink app and it seems they updated the firmware or something but to cut a long story short it is connected and fine even with the security set back to its default level. This is the number I called was for the UK customer service on their website help section.
The call took 22 minutes including hold time. Hope that helps!

Hi
On the My Sky app, click on Broadband, then Wifi settings, advanced settings, wifi security level. Use the dropdowns to change to WPA2.
I actually called Sky again today and had a very helpful agent. I asked about this and they said they are aware of this issue and their recommendation is to change it to WPA2 and leave it like that (as changing it back to WPA3-T meant things disconnected again) until they come up with a workaround.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
When I go on my sky app and click on broadband there isn't an option to select WiFi option. Any advice please 🙏
