Sky have just sent me a new upgraded router which I've installed and is working. What do I do with the old one - I can't find anything in the emails sent to me - should I expect a prepaid label? Or should I just get rid? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI returned mine as it did say when ordering the replacement one that they wanted the old one back so as I didn't want it I sent it back to them using this link:

If you do this then keep hold of the proof of posting receipt.
