Hello, sky broadband is working but still being charged by BT. Is there a fault on the line as is not obvious ?🤔please advise. Thanks John

Find out moreIf you signed up to Sky then they should have told BT that you are leaving so if this what you did then you will need to get in touch with BT to tell then the date your line changed over to Sky so they can cancel your account and can refund you any overpayment.
