New Max Hub wont activate

My hub is up and working but won't activate through MySky  so I cant setup the Port Forwarding i need for my security cameras.

 

I als I have a booster on the way which I also believe needs the hub activated to work.

 

Anyone resovled this?

I had the same when i first got the Sky max hub. I had to call Sky and get some broadband backend team to sort it out.

Let us know if you get your CCTV port forwarding running ok. I've  had no remote access since last December. All ports are closed and Sky cannot be bothered to fix it

Ring sky i had the same issues as WiFi settings werent showing in my app, that had to do a thing called on board it took a few days via the technical team but once it was available on the app I was able to sort out certain settings.
