Unfortunately the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' specifically exclude exterior spaces and buildings, so you couldn't claim Sky booster hardware for those locations.
Third-party hardware such as external-grade PoE wireless access points is widely available online.
