can I change my newly installed sky router to operate on 2.4ghz as neither my existing and Blink or Meeros systems will work on 5ghz router default speed

@ajs19 What sky hub are you using, all off the latest from way back years 2015 onwards have been dual band single ssid, transmitting both 2.4Ghz/5Ghz bands, you want to disable the band to get the device connected and once connected switch the band back on again....
