Sky router

Why do sky send the another router whenever I upgrade , I just taken sky max out and they are sending me another router the same as I already have , this is now the 4th time I have upgraded and the 4th time ive had the same router sent out .last time they tried to charge me for 3 routers I sent back , luckily I had delivery receipts .so annoying

@Dazza24 They must think on your account details record that you have NOT got a sky Max white hub and something else....

Have a look on the service checker and see if the details match serial number off the current max you are using....
