New Installation

I am seriously considering moving from Virgin Media to Sky but I want to ensure the Sky installation goes smoothly. Is it possible to arrange for an engineer to visit beforehand to consider potential issues and provide reassurance?

No, that's not a service either the national network provider or an ISP offers.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
