New Hub Issue

Hi there. I have connected my new Sky Hub as per the guidance and all green lights are on however I am unable to connect to it by using the password provided with the hub. Also I have a hard wired connection between my hub and Sky Q box which is also not working. Please can you assist?

Have you checked you are typing the password correctly, its case sensitive and some letters look like numbers & vice versa.
