No internet connection

Sky wifi has green lights on power and wireless but not internet. Tried resetting,unplugging all night but nothing and tried to see the problem on MySky but all it's saying is there's a problem and when I go to fix it it's just saying :

 

"We tried to check the connection to your hub but it's not responding. It might not be switched on." But the wifi is switched on

@David479   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Have tried all of these steps but nothings working and just coming back saying there's a problem with your broadband

 

no issues in the area either
