New Fibre Cable WiFi problem

Since the installation of a new fibre cable Internet in my house the wife has been very erratic. The old router box was not changed, could this be the reason?

@Sannibash1010 unlikely yo be the hub itself but was it moved when the new connection was installed? If so you may need to get an extender. Sky can supply extenders as part of their WiFi Max package which will comecwith a white Sky hub.
