Setting up by following instructions MySky will not work. Get to the screen where it tells you it's setting up the hub and screen goes blank and nothing happens. I'm not a complete technophobe, I usually manage, but this has me close to murder

@Jan150 Is it showing in the my Sky app that you broadband install has been completed?

@Diamond7 many of these issues resolve themselves within 24 hours however if your hub diesn't connect call Sky as they need to cirrect the issue from their end.
