@Kierankelly12

You would need to call Sky about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

@Kierankelly12 Sky only supply free  boosters in restricted circumstanes which are

  1. You subscribe to the Brioadband Boost bundle at £5 per month and cant get a minimum of 3Mb/s in every room innthe house
  2. You have a Sky Q box which is losing connection.
  3. You buy a bundle called Wifi Max which brings a new hub and up to 3 extenders for £7.50. The extenders can be suppied if you dont get a minimum of 10Mb/s if on Superfast or 25Mb/s on Ultrafast in rooms in your home

None of these will really help with an external doorbbell camera. Sky dont sell boosters and technically they are lent not given so shouldn't be resold however you can find some online but they can be pricy.

Doorbell cameras mounted on external walls are difficult to network especially if you live in traditional brick house. You may find a cheap single band wifi access point fitted in a window near the camera might work if connected back to the hub by ethernet.
