Need renewal support
Hi,
Every time I click to sort out my renewal, it asks me to add the new WiFi Max thing on, which I don't want.
I can't seem to get any further than this and my renewal period is nearly up.
Any help? 🙂

Re: Need renewal support
If your discounts have ended or are ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Re: Need renewal support
Hi,
My problem is I'm sorting it out for my Grandad, who is completely deaf. They need the internet at home as he uses medical equipment. I call Sky but they want permission from him to speak to me, which we can't do.
The money/deals isn't the problem as such, I just want to renew for the price sent in the email but I can't get past the one screen without adding something on my Grandad doesn't need.

Re: Need renewal support
@KatieDavies why not simply let the contract to roll on as at the end of the fixed period it automstically becomes a rolling monthly agreement?

@KatieDavies
It may be worth registering him with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

Re: Need renewal support
My email offers what I have for £35 if I take it. If I let it roll, it's £43. My Grandad is alone and it's only his pension so I'm trying to cut costs where I can for him.

Re: Need renewal support
Thanks, I will definitely look into that! I'm happy to sort it all out for him but I understand why they ask permission on the phone.
My Nan did used to sort it all but she passed late last year so now trying to sort it all!
