Password not accepted

just got a new hub but my computer  wont accept the password.

Hi @JM45 

What computer make & model is it? 

Its possible your device doesnt support WPA3 encyrption so you'd have to lower it to WPA2 in the router settings

Are you entering the password as it is printed on the card that came with your new hub ?
