Need my son to be able to talk with Sky as i am leaving UK for month and we have issues with our hub

I am the account holder but i need to give my son authority to discuss with Sky as I am leaving UK for Africa and he is working from home.

Our broadband hub is so bad at the moment it keeps dropping.  I am a bit of a dinosaur regarding issues like this and would love to be able to speak to someone to resolve this but i have tried for hours and Sky is really user unfriendly.

What can i do?  We use to have wonderful broadband and recently it cuts off on numerous occasions a day!

@Jamama  I'm afraid you'll need top call Sky to set this up as the community can't.

@Jamama

Once you've called Sky and arranged for your son to be able to speak to Sky in your absence (providing he knows the telephone password) he can do most things with Sky but won't be able to cancel any aspect of your subscription.
