Need engineer

I called a week ago about my salon not having a internet box installing at the premises and no one has sent me an appointment I was on call for 46 minutes last Tuesday can you get someone to sort me an appointment as my services aren't usable and have been running since 12th may 

I shouldn't really be charged

We are customers here so can not arrange an appointment for you so if you are a Sky business customer it is them who you would need to contact.

@Abbiegreen12 you are posting on a forum that deals with Sky's domestic broadband and it sounds like you need to call their business division.
