N I fi

I have had no Wi-Fi for the last 30 to 40 minutes. The system checker says that everything is okay but there is no Wi-Fi and none of the lights on the router are green

@Mkba70  It normally takes around 1 hour for the service checker to pick up any issues can you check again using the information below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Cheers pal. Yeah tried all options now says an issue book engineer.

@Mkba70  Did it allow you to book an engineer or is it asking you to call Sky?
