Received Message "Sent the wrong hub"?

Hi, I recently joined Sky and received a hub package this week. My activation date is 21st April. However, I got another message saying the wrong hub was sent by mistake and that a replacement is on the way. I haven’t received the new one yet. Is there any way to track the package or get an update? When I tried calling, I only got an automated response and was directed to a web link.

If you have the my sky app it may be worth  logging on  there and see if you can track the order

Hi @caesarome ,  it only shows that the previous package (the wrong one) was delivered. There's no information about the new hub.

What hub was you sent? this could have been an automated system error and that you may have been sent the correct one.

It is called "Sky Broadband Superfast" on the order page. The message I received shown as Sky Hub 4.2.

We have received exactly the same text sent 17 April. Nothing received and no further communication. Did you get issue resolved?

Yes, I received another package last week, and they asked me to return the original one.
