My wifi keeps glitching

My wifi is very slow and my sky Q keeps buffering (6 times this evening already).

Checked my connection and it says everything is ok. It's Not ! I'm fed up

I am having a similar issue where my internet completely drops out and this has been happening for the last couple of days. Every time I check the service checker it tells me nothing is wrong.

Anybody have any idea how we get these issues resolved because talking to a human doesn't seem possible and I am not tech minded at all !!
