My Wi-Fi drops from time to time. Can anyone help me to sort it out. It's new router sky. Thanks

@Ilario  It is not your Wi-Fi that is dropping out. It is your broadband that is dropping out. The next time is happens can you follow the directions below please.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
