Been having the same problem I'm at Heathrow last three days internet has been down run the online test they say an engineer will be out as it's a problem outside I then get a text saying it's fixed yet it's not then when I finally find a number to call them they tell me they need an engineer is come in my home as it may be the hub. Power light and WiFi light is on internet light isn't. Have checked all wires and
rebooted so many times.
My land line phone is working good
it so annoying this is the third day

@Cc79 you can run the sky line check from here,
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
it will also run over a mobile data connection or you can access it via the MySky app if you have that available.
If a line fault is detected it should give you the ability to book an engineer or at least give an insight as to the cause of your issues / offer troubleshooting steps.
Unfortunately unless a fault is re identified, at some point, you will need to place a call to sky to get this looked into.
Remote fixes are possible, but you will need to let sky know you still have issues.
