This can be caused by local interference from other routers as this is peak usage time. Or it can sometimes be caused by something in your house turning on like an appliance or a device coming online. Have you tried disconnecting all your devices and connecting them one by one to see if there is a culprit?

Sky are sending me a pod to replace a linksys extender I have in the office they think that may be the culprit, it is due today will report back if that sorts it out

It did not really solve my problem the problem is not with the router or the signal but I believe the puck, but no one listens to the customer just what your algoriythms are showing. I can stream everything I need on a firestick in the same location with no problems in fact worse situation because the firestick sits behind the tv and the puck in front 12 feet from the router in direct line of site. I will be cancelling my tv service in the next week or so. Thank you for a really bad customer service!
