My sky has not been activated by the date stated on my order

My activation date for sky was supposed to be 11/07/2022 and it is still not active. I work from home so this is super urgent.

@Ednaroad73 you will need to call Sky this morning to find out why Openreach could not activate your service as planned. There are numerous reasons why this happens and therefore the delay. In some cases where a new line is required thst can take weeks to get done but that is worst case. You are in Openreach's hands and Sky will only know what they tell them. Openreach will not talk to you direct.

 

You are buying a domestic connection so no priority is given because you choose to use it for work unfortunately so plan for the worst and hope for the best.
