My new Security camera needs 2.4 ghz

I have bought a security camera  that connects to  2.4 ghz  but my sky broadband is 5G.

What can I do????

@Mark433 your Sky hub like virtually every other modern router is using a dualband SSID using both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. If you have a blaxk sky hub you can split the two bands if as it sounds your new camera has a wifi chip that wont connect to a dualband SSID see Split Sky WiFi bands

 

Things are different with the newer white Sky hub where you cannot split the bands. Here you temporarily turn off the 5GHz band then connectvthe camera then tuurn the 5GHz band back on. The setting is in the My Sky App/Broadband/Product Options/Sky Max hub/Advanced Settings/Disable WiFi

 

5G incidentally is a totally different technology used by mobile phones.
