My internet keeps dropping

Hi-  My intenet and wifi keep dropping out.  It has been happening for the past 24 hours and really frustrating.  I keep trying to call SKY but I live in a mobile signal dead zone so rely on WiFi calling and the wifi keeps dropping while I'm on hold.

When I do have Wifi I am cheking the service status checker and it is saying all is okay.
