Broadband Intermittent and Slow

My Sky broadband has been so intermittent and slow over these last few months, either super slow or constantly cutting out. I've been in an online meeting just now for 2 hours and the Internet has gone off (orange light flashing on Internet) about 10 times, kicking me out of my Teams meeting every single time. I feel upset that I'm paying for a service that is constantly causing issues and yet I don't know what to do. I'm constantly going to the Sky app to 'fix the issue' but it just breaks down again. They say an engineer is coming but they did this back in July and it didn't fix the issue. What can I do? I've been a Sky customer for over 12 years and these last few months have been so stressful - I need the secure broadband to do my job.
