My internet keeps dropping out and have a low speed for upload and download

My internet keeps dropping out while watch TV there are no other devices on but still keeps doing this. This happens on a number of occasions and it's becoming a bit rediculars. I wanted a internet that can handle TV, pads, phones and gaming without this happening. It is now happening every night. 
I have a booster al  ready but still not working the way it should.
