@Leesha  You'll need to provide a lot more details, there isn't much to go on posting 3 words.

 

What TV service do you have?  Sky Q, Sky Stream?  Sky Glass?

 

What, if anything have you tried to resolve the issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
