Wifi dropping

Sinve xmas eve my wifi is dropping a few times per day and now its just not connecting at all . Have pulled out every wire reconnected in the right places but still nothing

having exactly the same problem myself. supposed to have minimum 300mb , ookla speed test is telling me I have just over 8mb but sky's app is telling me its over 400mb, everything is painfully down here

Mine is saying just over 8 as well says theres an issue but when i run the test it says everythings fine and its definately not . Will contact sky tomorrow and see what they say.

same here, if I can get through to an actual person rather than their bot that tells me to use the app 😒🤞🏻🤞🏻

Same issue wifi dropping on sky q box and anything connected to boosters.

I have the same issue, but the check on the app says it's all good. But, it's not.

Call sky they will run through a few tests and offer some options to resolve based on your circumstances.

The broadband checker app is complete garbage.  It checks my WiFi and broadband whilst I'm connected to Internet through 5g.    Complete joke
