Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alan48 That is done. Keep an eye out for a message from the Sky team inviting you onto a chat. They will add a chat icon onto the forum pages for you to use which will stay active for 48 hours. The message they send tells you how this works.
