You'll need to log a fault with Sky, but unfortunately, given we're now heading into Christmas Eve, unless it's an area outage you're not going to get Openreach attendance until Wednesday 27th at the earliest. You might want to consider trying to source a cellular data hotspot and SIM tomorrow.
