My internet is very slow

My internet is very slow but shows on sky app as working fine if I get a new router from Argos or Currys can I use that with sky if so how would I set it up

Could you clic show statistics at the bottom of the page

The first image shows wan is connecred to port 1 that should be port 4 with wan embossed in red

Could you double check and change

Where does the grey and the black cables lead to. The ont should be plugged into janport 4

Could you post the stats again whislt downloading and wait 10 seconds for the rx b/s to populate. The stats show 3Mbps so lets see if that improved

That now 6Mbps . What was downloading and what speed have you been getting
