ONT Missing from new property

Hi. Due to be activated tomorrow but the equipment came and the last owners have taken the ONT box with them. Cant get thru to sky

@Satanet The sky call centres are all down due to comms issue that sky have just now, and you are correct getting a ONT does require you to call sky to have them organise said item, until then you just have to wait.
