Heya
I just upgraded to the fibre internet. And had no problems before. But now since ive had the new hub. My Internet cuts out multiple times a day. Ivr got my sky. And it says there are no problems.
Im just hoping to get a number or something to help.

The number to call would be 150 from your landline?
When you say cutting does your hub light go off/turn amber or do you wifi devices disconnect?

All Wi-Fi and even wired devices. Go off for a few minutes. Then its okay. But it happens 6 to 8 times a day.
But when i test my connection its fine

It happens about 6 to 8 times a day. And the maximum is usually 52m/s.

Do you mean minimum.. thats quite low for potentially a 70-80 Mbps line .
Could you run tests from your my skx app and see if you can copy and pastd the details in more about you connection
