@NINER common issue this morning unfortunately.  The fix for the white hub is to do a factory reset. Press and hold in the wps button on the right edge of the hub for up to 30 seconds releasing it when the led on the front starts flashing rapidly green. Once restarted the hub should be back to normal.

I've had the same. And only been with sky 4 days. Very poor service too

I'm the same- joined on Friday and sky stream been having faults all weekend. Internet dropping off and then completely off this morning. I did the reset and fixed it but really hope things improve
