I've recently upgraded from super fast broadband to ultrafast broadband. After some issues getting this set up and activated it was finally up and running. However my account is still showing that I still have super fast and I am still being billed for this even though it's more expensive and no longer in use. I've phoned up asking for you to update your records which hasn't happened, this is now becoming very frustrating.
