My broadband keeps cutting in and out fornthe last 3 days but the app says everything is OK

My broadband keeps cutting in a.d out over the last 3 days , app saying everything is fine , tried resetting the router and everything but nothing works

I rang sky as there is only 4 houses on my bit and we have all had no Internet fornthe last 4 days , so I'm assuming it's nothing to do with the router and it's to do with the green box where all the wires are been told sky will keep an eye on it for a few days and see how it gose as it keeps coming in and out of connection,  so they will go from there
