My broadband is performing very very slowly

My broadband is very very slow today. The app says all is fine but I ran a test on my computer and it's saying I have speeds of around 7.5 MB/s. It's taking me over 20 mins to download an 88.2MB file. I should be able to do these things far quicker.

What speed should you be getting?

What device are you measuring on?

 

Finally 7.5MB/S is 60Mbps

North west London Very slow broadband 7.5 mps . Tests say fine .
