Broadband connection

Hi, 

 

I've been having trouble with my wifi. I literally have no wifi! It says on your app it's all good but I've checked on my phone and I can load anything up and when I test it on the ps5 it says failed and again can't use anything. We are paying for "super optic" wifi and since we got it it's been on around 60 download speed.
