My WiFi is not working

Your test system says my wifi is fine but it won't even load a program on Netflix

Just Netflix, are your other devices working without any issues ?

it's been an issue I have been frustratingly dealing with since I upgraded in all honesty. But tonight it wouldn't allow me to download something on my computer what is wired, and now I can't watch anything on the streaming apps, just keeps buffering. I run a test and it says it's fine?

SAME!!!!!!! 

2 of 4 of the lights on router keep going orange and flickering . Frustrating. Must be some sort of issue. Even though the service checker says everything is fine ITS CLEARLY NOT.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I'm also now experiencing the same thing as of 10 minutes ago 2 green lights two orange lights but lime test says it fine

Mine broadband is down too as of around 20 minutes ago. Frustratingly the Service Check status function keeps telling me everything is fine. 🙄

I've tried re setting but lights 2 & 4 on the hub are amber.

Yes exactly the same as mine yet everything is showing fine I've unplugged it multiple times now I'm giving up

I've just woken up and did another line test it's now saying there's an outage in the area

I did another reset and mine is back on. Was out a couple of hours though.
