My TV keeps disconnecting from sky hub

We recently installed sky broadband in our new home. We connected TV via WPS finally, however the wifi keeps disconnecting. Please advise or else we will have to cancel. It is so hard to navigate the sky website to find proper helpline.

Do any other devices have issues? What kind of signal strength does your TV show?
